Catskill Beer World is a rehabilitation and adaptive reuse project which consisted of an existing developed 2.1-acre site at the intersection of US Route 9W and NYS route 385 in the village of Catskill, NY. The site was abandoned prior to redevelopment and consisted of a former retail drug store with dilapidated parking areas and landscaping. The project involved redeveloping the 12,000-square-foot retail building and site into a beverage store. Site improvements included reconfiguring and resurfacing the parking lot, lighting, signage, upgraded landscaping and rehabilitation of the building exterior.
