Barry
Medenbach, P.E.
Principal Engineer and President
Barry has been practicing civil engineering in Ulster County since 1983 when he moved his family to Kerhonkson, NY and opened a business as BCM Civil Engineering. Prior to this Barry practiced engineering in Atlantic Highland New Jersey for the firm of Frederich Moller Associates. In 1977 he graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering from the Newark College of Engineering, part of New Jersey Institute of Technology. Barry runs the administration of the business and oversees all engineering.

William R. Eggers, L.S.
Land Surveyor and Vice President
Bill learned the fundamentals of boundary surveying working with Messinger and Jackson, Land Surveyors, for fifteen years prior to joining Barry and forming Medenbach and Eggers, PC. Bill graduated from the NYS Ranger School in 1979 and has been licensed as a Land Surveyor in New York State since 1988. His expertise includes boundary analysis and surveys, research of ancient deeds and recovery of ancient boundary evidence. He runs the surveying division of the business including GPS surveying, data collection, computer mapping and small scale GIS projects.
Bill serves on the Education Committee of the New York State Association of Professional Land Surveyors, is a past president and a current director of the Mid-Hudson Valley Land Surveyors Association, a member of the National Society of Professional Surveyors and the American Congress on Surveying and Mapping.

Caleb Carr, P.E.
Professional Engineer and Secretary
With a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering, Summa Cum Laude, University of Illinois at Chicago, in 2014, Caleb joined the Medenbach and Eggers staff in June of 2014 and made partner in 2024.
As a Project Engineer, Caleb has the responsibility for the design of storm drainage systems, stormwater drainage modeling, NYSDEC permitting, site lighting, preparation of site plans, structural plan reviews and design of on-site wastewater disposal systems. Previously, Caleb worked for Dan Wheeler Engineers in Red Hook, NY as an Engineer`s Assistant. While working for Dan Wheeler Engineers he was responsible for Site Plan modifications, house renovation plans, perc tests, and residential septic design and communicating with the Department of Health. Before that he worked as a Landscaping Foreman for Cayuga Landscape in Ithaca, NY. At Cayuga Landscape he was responsible for managing job sites, working with clients, supervising 1 to 7 employees at a time, executing tree plantings, snow plowing and installing Masonry Unit walls and patios. Before moving to NY, Caleb worked for Kuhn's Bros. Log Homes in Lewisburg, PA. While at kuhn's Brothers he was responsible for several hundred Construction drawings and shop drawings. Caleb is a Member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.Contact Info:

Cyndy
Borzumato-Cobb
Office Manager
Cyndy has been serving our clients since 2007. She is the “front line” of Medenbach, Eggers & Carr and quite often the first member of our team in which our clients communicate. Cyndy received her Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature from SUNY Oneonta.

Bookkeeper
Colleen has been with Medenbach & Eggers since 1997. She handles accounts payables and receivables and is responsible for payroll. In addition Colleen is our Health Benefits Administrator. She received her Associates Degree in Business Administration from Ulster County Community College.

Solomon
Latham
Project Manager, CAD Manager, Website Maintainer
Solomon joined Medenbach & Eggers during the winter of 2017. He graduated with his BA's degree in Fine Arts with an emphasis in Photography from Seattle University. He also has an AAS in Industrial Technology from SUNY Ulster.

Michael graduated from Coastal Carolina in 2009 with a Bachelor's in Business Administration. In 2014, he graduated from NYS Ranger School with an Associates in Land Surveying Technology. He joined Medenbach, Eggers & Carr in January 2017.
